With this menu item, the templates of the Automatic Room Allocation can be managed directly. Comparable to all other menu items of "Reference Data" the tab "Browse" shows a list of all templates for the automatic room allocation.

 

The view and functionality of "Detail" is almost identical to the one under "Reservations/ Automatic Room Allocation".

 

 

The only extension in this menu item compared to  "Reservations/ Automatic Room Allocation" is that by double-clicking in a white field in line "Preferred rooms" as well as in line "Preferred room categories" an additional selection list for room numbers and types is available:
