There is a new web check-in designed for large groups, only (subject to costs). It provides a convenient way to inform the guest about the rooms assigned to the group (without revealing actual room numbers). If needed, a gender split up is specified. The group leader can use the tool to provide personal details of participants a few days before arrival either using a web form or a convenient Excel download and upload. The system provides a rooming list, guest registration form and coming soon an option to enter dietary requirements of group members.
