If a new booking matches an existing contact guest using email (use Y=email matching not E=email/name matching), the import can look up the main organization, put it into the booking and set the booker as contact. For CRS house types starting with 06 this is default behaviour otherwise it can be enabled in XML with checkifcontact=Y.
