You can configure additional automatic reminders per reservation type. Date reference is the arrival date. Menu Setting, Combobox Lists: field: 'datetype' + reservation type, code any 3 digit id, configure in the control field the date type ('41' or higher), days before arrival and a description text.

Example below field 'datetype24' means for reservation type '24'. Create a reminder '41' 12 days before arrival with text 'Return of room list'.
