In the room master data, you can activate a check for the VIP status to determine if an article must be added to the invoice, e.g., a baby cot. The article number is retrieved from the control field. There, you can optionally specify with position 9=Y that the number of persons in the room is used for the invoice instead of quantity 1 (i.e., per room).
