For cancellation costs which are set on the invoice via the default price information, there is a new possibility to calculate cancellation costs only with regard to special accounts.

So far it always took a percentage of the total booking value. Accounts can be defined in 'c_code' / 'cancelacc' by a comma separated list in the control field.
